Chicken Rack Do You Think This Is An Odd Way To Cook Chicken?

Do you think this is an odd way to cook chicken? - chicken rack

I hate to remove chicken fat (or meat for that matter), then all of you, then cooked in a casserole dish, but I have a grill, where the chickens do not sit at Fat Wreck during cooking. Is that funny?

Of course not. But why not buy boneless chicken skin? It is very often used to barbecue chicken or roast beef

It is a strange way to chicken in the kitchen cooking on the grill. I suggest that you remove the skin and fat in the kitchen, while you delete it later. Wet chickens produce more flavor (taste in fat, unfortunately) so it slip. When removing the fat as possible is your goal, the cooking is not really the best way to cook chicken this way, it becomes very hard and dry. Poaching is a wonderful method of cooking without added fat, but water is heated or meat (chicken and vegetables), broth (which will add great flavor).

No, but the moisture from the chicken, Platz 1 / 2 to 1 cup of boiling water to keep the pan under the rack. It catches all the fat and moisture add to the chicken during cooking.

If you want the chicken dry. or if you follow a diet, I see that working. But the chicken juices are what his taste the chicken well and rationally.
