My head has been pulsing very hard and i have a terrible headache. What's going on? - pulsing headache

To add to my stomach problems (acid reflux, I believe ..) I have these headaches every day for 5 days now. My head is very hard to see momentum in the areas of the temple, a little difficult for me through my lens (hard to explain) The headaches are so boring and I do not know what is wrong.
