Cannot install ANY OS on new PC? - antec quattro

I have my own built PC (GA-X38-DS5 RAM 2GB Corsair 1066, Seagate 400GB hard drive, card SILENT leaktek 8600 GT, a DVD burner ASUS BLT-1814, quattro 850watt Antec, Antec 900 cases). T
Problem is that if I have an operating system (eg, Vista Ultimate) that the disk can be installed in the fine boat to the bottom of the dawn, but nothing happens normally not entitled to order EULA, but it's nothing.
